Where did it all start?

Very often, clients come to us on recommendation, and the Top 1 parenting expert Dr. Shefali is no exception. Their marketers needed an experienced team that could both increase the effectiveness of the advertising and scale the budget.

Before us

The previous team was good at creating and testing different types of cascade launch models, but the targeting itself was not effective. The return on investment was 1 to 1, and they could not invest more than $20,000 of their monthly budget. So our team took over the project.

What was the process of development?

We started work quickly, as the client wanted to scale the budget several times over. So task number 1 was to create the first batch of 10 creatives (before us, only 4 had been created during the whole month). You can see examples of our creatives on this page.

Then, we created a detailed plan for launching the campaigns:

We immediately saw what worked best for this project and which of the creatives we could reuse by changing the copywriting. This can be called scaling up through a creative strategy, where we change the offers for several banner formats in order to catch a different type of target audience.

But creatives were not the only ones we were working with. Because we sell the product through a cascade model, we've seen where retargeting campaigns can be effectively implemented to increase the total ROI. Now, some of these campaigns are giving us a ROAS of 4-7 times.

The main growth of the project came after we accidentally found out that our expert was running her shows in different countries. Then we realized that we should scale to other geolocations. It gave us an opportunity not only to increase our advertising budget but also to get a much higher return on investment, as the CPM in Europe, for example, was several times lower than in the USA.
