Where did it all start?

We found this client by his interesting job post on Upwork, and after talking to Simon (the owner) we saw an urgent need for professional people, i.e. us. So we made a comprehensive offer for the Black Maple brand. The main product is hoodies and T-shirts with different prints, especially hockey team logos, for which they have obtained licenses in Canada.

Before us, the brand had invested $10,000 in advertising, but the ROAS was 150%. Because of the marginality of their products, this result didn’t even pay back the advertising costs. In addition, the fixed costs of the business led to a large financial gap.

What was the process of development?

We audited all the advertising platforms and developed a strategy with the best possible results. Before us, advertising management was very chaotic and inefficient. Having analyzed everything, we corrected the obvious launch errors and built a full-fledged funnel. Below, you can see an example of our strategy (without Google Ads) ⤵️

Work started in November, on Black Friday, so the new ad launches were urgent. The first thing we focused on was remarketing and built a funnel of 3 stages touch: TOF MOF BOF. And this is what we got ⤵️

  • In November with an investment of $15,000 we had sales of $53,547 - ROAS 357%
  • In December with an investment of $17,400 we had sales of $58,881 - ROAS 338%

Point B

We have increased ROAS by 2.5 times - to 340-400%

The shop generates over 600 sales per month.

A full-fledged funnel of different traffic sources works and generates profit for the client, not just a turnover of funds as before.
