
We found this client by his interesting job post on Upwork, and after talking to Simon (the owner) we saw an urgent need for professional people, i.e. us. So we made a comprehensive offer for the Black Maple brand. The main product is hoodies and T-shirts with different prints, especially hockey team logos, for which they have obtained licenses in Canada.
Before us, the brand had invested $10,000 in advertising, but the ROAS was 150%. Because of the marginality of their products, this result didn’t even pay back the advertising costs. In addition, the fixed costs of the business led to a large financial gap.
We audited all the advertising platforms and developed a strategy with the best possible results. Before us, advertising management was very chaotic and inefficient.
